Product Description/Function
SODIUM CASEINATE Functions well in various food application (soups, sauces, whipped toppings, coffee/tea whiteners) where emulsification, fat and water binding, stabilization, and thickening are essential.
HYDROLYZED SODIUM CASEINATE
(HMP-26)
Partially hydrolyzed Sodium Caseinate providing a high level of digestibility. Excellent solubility and suitable for food applications where binding and emulsification properties are important (meat applications, snacks).
CALCIUM CASEINATE
(CC-901)
Suitable for applications where protein and calcium fortification are desired (nutritional products, supplements, bakery, confectionary, soups). Good solubility, emulsification, water absorption, stabilization as well as enhances taste and texture.
INSTANT CALCIUM CASEINATE
(CC-902i)
Provides the same attributes as Calcium Caseinate with the addition of lecithin for instant dispersion making it ideal for powder beverage applications.
AGGLOMERATED CALCIUM CASEINATE
(CC-909)
Provides the same attributes as Calcium Caseinate with the addition of lecithin through agglomeration yielding the highest level of dispersion.
POTASSIUM CASEINATE Functions well in application (soups/sauces, whipped toppings, confectionary, coffee whiteners) where emulsification, fat and water binding, stabilization, and thickening are essential. The low sodium content also makes this ingredient suitable for nutritional applications.
